Step 1 — Share Your Plans
You send me your plans and project details before we speak — so every conversation is specific to your home, not generic advice.
Step 2 — Initial Call
A brief phone conversation to talk through your project, your concerns, and what you want to achieve.
Step 3 — Detailed Review
Over 3–5 business days I go through your plans thoroughly — looking at what's working, what isn't, and what needs to be resolved before construction begins.
Step 4 — 60-Minute Zoom Session
I walk you through my findings in detail. Specific observations about your home — not generic advice.
Step 5 — Written Report
Within one business day of our Zoom call you receive a written report documenting everything — clearly laid out so nothing gets lost.
